Service Description

Roll out of your bed and onto your mat to set the tone for your day. We'll begin with a lovely stretchy warmup to prepare the body and then build some heat with the more "traditional" strengthening poses for an invigorating vinyasa flow. Breath work and a clear mind will seal the deal to the perfect start to your day! Perfect for ALL LEVELS. Inversions are totally OPTIONAL for each yogi.
