Service Description

Let's spend a bit more time on preps, drills, shapes, poses and transitions that we can't really focus on in a class format. Experiment, practice, fall (yes it happens! It's how we learn!) and gain bits of information of how we can better access the poses we'd love to conquer! Slow and steady with committed dedication.... one step & one pose at a time!
