Service Description

Align body, breath and mind in this active and logical sequence. We start with a warmup and build heat and momentum towards a peak pose, and then softly descend until we surrender completely in Savasana. You'll find one pose organically leads to the next so you can lose yourself in your practice. Suited for all levels. Take advantage of the inversions and opportunities to fly OR remain grounded and go deeper into the shapes. Always make the practice YOUR OWN.
